Steve Cartin and Cartin Coaching & Management bring 20 years of increasing levels of service to professionals in the dental industry. After being certified as a Business & Communications Coach and Practice Evaluator, Steve spent time in the trenches as a Practice Administrator in a highly successful general and restorative practice. In 2006, he expanded his experience to direct the operations of an international consultancy for practices in England, Scotland and Ireland. Steve brings the experience of having worked with and learned from some of the most highly-respected professionals in Practice Management Consulting today. Since the inception of Cartin Coaching & Management in 2008, he has worked with clients and event organizers in the US, England, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Steve earned a BS (with honors) in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas and completed a Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. While serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, Steve worked as a Flight Test Engineer and as Chief of Satellite Systems Engineering – an unusual background for dental practice management. He began working in the dental industry by writing software for a start-up dental company in 1990. Steve’s experience keeping projects on time and under budget now benefits dentists who want the right results first time around.
