The culture of an organization is like a fingerprint. It is unique. There is not another one like it. Every organization, business, group or congregation is completely unique. It is a counter-productive behavior to treat any organization as identical to another. Identical organizations simply do not exist.

In the development and encouragement of strong teams it is absolutely necessary to learn the culture of that team.
