What Are the Qualities of a Strong Leader?

C.S. Lewis has some great insight in explaining and creating the qualities of a strong leader.

Lewis was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on November 29, 1898. Lewis also was the author of several books that focused on the growth and health of the Christian faith.  Some of these books are Mere Christianity, The Screwtape Letters,  and The Problem of Pain.

One of his most famous works is  The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.  Lewis  had a decades-long friendship with J.R.R. Tolkien, the creator of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
