This brings us to the subject of credibility. A leader must do more than talk. They must also live in a way in which they convey their beliefs. The healthy leader is plausible and believable. Their leadership is easy to follow because they are believable.
In developing the skills of communicating to a group of people, timing is essential. A good communicator must be able to read the crowd and know when to present their vision. Knowing when to say something is as important as knowing what to say and who to say it to. Application at the right time creates healthy communication.
The ability to be creative in communication and freedom to say what needs to be said go hand in hand. Being creative will enable a leader to know how to say what needs to be said.
