Hundreds of books have been written, many seminars have been given, and several team trainers have presented their approach and philosophy to team building. But the question still remains, “What creates good teamwork? What are you as a leader supposed to know in enabling your organization, business, charity group, or church to become the very best team that they could possibly become?

Number 3– A good coach focuses more on preparation and the time it takes to become a gifted and prepared organization over the task itself.
